  • Who manages this community?

    The Cerasa Apartments are managed by North Coast Living. We take care of leasing and maintenance, and we do our best to help you "Live Well" each and every day. Meet your team.

  • What are the office hours?

    Monday - Friday | 8am-5pm
    Saturday | 10am-5pm
    Sunday | Closed

  • What is the pet policy?

    We welcome 2 pets per apartment home with a one time pet fee of $250. Pet deposit of $250 and pet rent of $50 will apply per pet. We have breed restrictions on dogs and utilize a pet screening process for the well-being of your community, more information below:

  • How do I apply?

    In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Resident Qualification Acknowledgement form. If you would like to view the Affordable Housing Screening Requirements please click here.

  • What are the lease terms?

    We offer 6-12 month lease options.

  • How soon will I know whether or not I'm approved?

    Once you have completed the application and paid the application fee, we will usually have an answer within 24-48 hours.

  • What enhancements does Cerasa offer residents with disabilities?

  • Is there a park nearby?

    Yes, there are many parks in the Bellevue area that you can enjoy including the Downtown Bellevue Park, Chism Beach Park, and Meydenbauer Park. Visit our neighborhood map for pet friendly parks.

  • What kind of parking is offered?

    Each apartment home comes with one reserved covered parking space in our structured parking garage with a fee of $100-$250/month depending on size of vehicle and availability. Please contact our leasing office for more detailed parking information.

  • Are electric car charging spaces available?

    Yes! We have a few now, and are working to provide more EV spaces very soon.

  • Do you offer preferred employer discounts?

    Yes, we offer Preferred Employer discounts to Amazon and Microsoft employees. Applicants should contact us for details.

  • Is there a fitness center?

    Yes, our community offers a 24 hour access fitness center with state of the art fitness equipment. Stop by for a tour of all the amenities Cerasa has to offer.

  • Do you have a resident referral program?

    Yes! We always greatly appreciate residents spreading the word to friends, co-workers, and family about our beautiful community. Please inquire in the office about current resident referral benefits or contact us online.

  • When is rent due?

    Rent is due on the 1st of every month. We have a grace period through the 5th and late fees begin on the 6th.
